The Hulu Tamu Hot Springs is a natural hot springs pool located next to the transit town of Batang Kali, about an hour’s drive from Kuala Lumpur city center.

The Hulu Tamu Hot Springs, or Kolam Air Panas Hulu Tamu, is well-known among locals of Hulu Selangor district.
It is also frequently visited by travelers passing through Batang Kali. Batang Kali is a transit town for visitors from Gombak, Kuala Selangor and Sabak Bernam making their way to Genting Highlands, Fraser’s Hill, Chiling Waterfalls or Kuala Kubu Bharu.
The Hulu Tamu Hot Springs, which underwent a major refurbishment in 2015, is managed by Majlis Daerah Hulu Selangor (Hulu Selangor District Council), who have envisioned it as a hydrotherapy facility center.
There are several pools (hot, medium, cool), gazebos, walkways and free parking as well as basic changing rooms and toilet facilities here.
Entry to Kolam Air Panas Hulu Tamu used to be free-of-charge. However, the district council now implements entrance fees that go towards the upkeep of the place.
Adult: RM3.00. Children below 12 years: Free.
Open 24 hours daily except Thursdays for pool cleaning.
