Details
The enchanting Sungai Pisang Waterfall is yet another hidden waterfall in the extensive Selangor State Park (Taman Warisan Negeri Selangor).
Situated within the boundaries of Sungai Tua Recreational Forest (Hutan Lipur Sungai Tua), this mid-sized waterfall is as picturesque as its trail is exciting.
The hike to the falls consists of several generally pleasant river crossings where the water is cool and refreshing.
An easy hike overall, hikers will also be taken through two gigantic tunnels that sit directly underneath the Karak Highway and a forest believed to be a century old, before arriving at the waterfall.
If you’re interested in coming here, do let your friends or family – as well as the local Forestry Department or office – know of your plans.
