Sabak Bernam

As the northernmost and westernmost district in Selangor, Sabak Bernam borders the state of Perak to the north, with Sungai Bernam (Bernam River) separating both regions. To the east is Hulu Selangor and to the south lies Kuala Selangor. There are three main towns in Sabak Bernam, namely, Sekinchan, Sungai Besar and the town of Sabak Bernam. The district's population is made up of different races, languages and religion with a large portion belonging to the Malay community. Sabak Bernam is known as a center of agriculture and animal farming.
