Located beneath KLCC near Petrosains and the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra, Aquaria is a state-of-the-art oceanarium showcasing over 5,000 different aquatic and land-bound creatures in their natural habitats.
Aquaria KLCC’s exhibits are designed to take you on a journey of discovery learning about the diverse biosphere found in Malaysia and elsewhere, from jungle streams and mangroves to coastal shores and the deepest oceans.
Starting with the Evolution Zone, visitors proceed towards to the Living Ocean, which features a 90-metre transparent tunnel walkway bringing visitors face-to-face with over 7 different species of sharks, turtles and shoals of other fish.
The exhibits showcase some iconic Malaysian species including Green Sea Turtles, Sand Tiger Sharks, and Giant Groupers.
Other marine animals found here include the red-bellied piranha, Asian Forest Scorpion, Rainbow Crab, Tokay Gecko, Asian small-clawed otter, giant freshwater stingray, Arapaima, Moon Jelly and more.

Dive With Sharks – Certified divers can experience the ultimate adrenaline rush of meeting a real-life shark. Take the plunge in Aquaria KLCC’s 2.5 million litre oceanarium tank where you’ll encounter 5 different species of sharks and creatures of the deep.
Cage Rage – Those without diving licenses may check out Aquaria KLCC’s custom-made underwater cage with windows allowing you to get up-close and personal with friendly sharks and other fascinating marine creatures.

How to get to Aquaria KLCC
Aquaria KLCC is located beneath the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre in the heart of KL city. Ample parking spaces are available in KL Convention Center and Suria KLCC.
By Train
Take the Kelana Jaya Line LRT and stop at KLCC Station, or take the KL monorail and disembark at the Raja Chulan Station. Those who use the MRT may disembark at Bukit Bintang Station.
By Bus
If you are on the KL Hop-On Hop-Off buss, just stop at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre and walk straight up to the entrance door. Alternatively, hop off any bus service that drops near the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.
